Clinical Interest for Patients
My main clinical interests include surgical management of female urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic reconstructive surgery, including vaginal and pelvic reconstruction, surgery for female urethral stricture disease, urethral diverticulum, and genitourinary fistulae, and surgical management of sequelae or complications of previous pelvic surgeries (such as repeat and revision surgery and surgery for mesh-related complications, amongst others).
Care Philosophy
I provide comprehensive, personalized care focused on the evaluation and treatment of complex lower urinary tract and pelvic floor disorders in women. I specialize in female urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, and functional and reconstructive pelvic surgery, including management of urethral strictures, urethral diverticula, genitourinary fistulae. I have expertise in complex cases including repeat surgery and surgical management of complications or sequelae from prior pelvic surgeries. I am board-certified in Urology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, with expertise in minimally invasive vaginal and robotic-assisted surgical techniques. I offer a full spectrum of advanced treatment options and tailor each care plan to the individual patient’s condition, goals, and lifestyle. Please note that I am a urologic surgeon and do not provide general gynecologic care.
