Provider Expertise
Clinical Interest for Patients
I enjoy the diversity of hand surgery, managing conditions from the elbow to the fingertips. I have particular interests in brachial plexus and peripheral nerve repair and reconstruction, targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR), compression neuropathies, tendon injuries, Dupuytren’s contracture, and hand & wrist injuries. I have an extensive background caring for athletes at all levels, including youth and college teams, professional athletes, athletes at two Olympic Games and the weekend warrior.
Care Philosophy
Each patient and his or her condition is unique and I strive to ensure that the evaluation and treatment process is both engaging and educational for patients and their families. I am fortunate to be able to collaborate with colleagues from many disciplines - including orthopaedic surgery, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, oncology, pain management, hand / occupational / physical therapy - to provide the most comprehensive care possible for our patients.
