Courtney and Dr. Patel listened carefully to what I said, answered my questions completely. They were very professional, yet empathetic. The patient portal is easy to use and useful. Questions I posted were answered timely. Overall a very good experience.

I felt rushed in this appointment. I understand these providers are busy, but I didn't get a chance to fully explain my history to them and I felt I was rehashing what I filled out in the Provider online paperwork. This could have saved time if they read this prior to my appointment; otherwise why have me fill these forms out prior and save me the hour filling them out prior?
